Install a single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, including elastomeric, modified plastics, or other asphaltic compositions.
Examine specifications, drawings, and blueprints to ascertain what has to be done.
Fix or swap out single-ply roofing systems.
Concrete and other masonry surfaces, whether above or below ground, should be coated with waterproof materials.
Use both power and manual tools.
