  Job Description

Duties:

a.       Operate welding equipment to weld replacement parts into place

b.       Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications;

c.        Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), oxy-acetylene welding (OAW);

d.       Operate manual flame-cutting equipment;

e.       Operate brazing and soldering equipment;

f.         Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers.

 

Experience:                          1+ year as Welder or Welder Apprentice

Salary:                                    $36 per hour for 30 hours/week
